It is planned to grow to six grinding lines at the end of the year The company is equipped with one color selection machine and three mixing machines to ensure the stability of product color difference. These machines mainly produce over 100 types and models of quartz stone plates in five series: crystal,fine particle,pure white,calacatta,and multi-color. The company also has an intensive processing countertop workshop with advanced equipment such as intelligent carving machines,infrared bridge cutting machines,45-degree chamfering machines,straight edge up and down (side) arc polishing machines,fully automatic sample chamfering machines,and other high-end equipment. These machines can complete small round corners,thickness,setting,opening and stopping water tanks,and side polishing processes on the countertop in one go. The company independently produces and processes various edge-typed countertops. Intensive processing is equipped with a professional production and processing team,with a complete workflow from production to packaging. The company has great experience in processing export countertops,ensuring stable and reliable processing technology. At present,the company employs over 400 people and it is predicted to have over 600 employees at the end of the year.
