Company Introduction:
Yangtu was established in 2003 and mainly produces products such as ceramic permeable bricks for sponge city construction, mechanical building ceramics, and more. In 2022, the company launched a new product called quartz stone board and was listed as a provincial key development and construction project. Yangtu has excellent finance, management, production, and sales teams.
The first project of the quartz stone board factory covers an area of 140 acres, designed with 16 production lines and 6 grinding lines. The factory was officially put into operation in October 2022, and all products are exported to foreign markets such as Europe, America, and Australia. Currently, the factory has 8 production lines with a daily production capacity of 6000 square meters. The entire line uses Guangdong Yongjin compressors and gas splint curing furnaces to ensure product density and flatness. The factory plans to increase the number of production lines to 16 by the end of this year, achieving a daily output of 12000 square meters.
Currently, there are three grinding production lines in the factory, using grinding machines of Guangdong Keda brand. Machines with fixed thickness and eight plus four grinding heads on the back ensure flatness and smoothness, while twenty plus twelve grinding heads are used for front polishing, achieving a front brightness of 47. The effect is significant in the same industryand. It is planned to grow to six grinding lines at the end of the year.
The company is equipped with one color selection machine and three mixing machines to ensure the stability of product color difference. These machines mainly produce over 100 types and models of quartz stone plates in five series: Crystal, fine particle, pure white, calacatta, and multi-color. The company also has an intensive processing countertop workshop with advanced equipment such as intelligent carving machines, infrared bridge cutting machines, 45-degree chamfering machines, straight edge up and down (side) arc polishing machines, fully automatic sample chamfering machines, and other high-end equipment. These machines can complete small round corners, thickness, setting, opening and stopping water tanks, and side polishing processes on the countertop in one go. The company independently produces and processes various edge-typed countertops.
Intensive processing is equipped with a professional production and processing team, with a complete workflow from production to packaging. The company has great experience in processing export countertops, ensuring stable and reliable processing technology. At present, the company employs over 400 people and it is predicted to have over 600 employees at the end of the year. In the first phase, two high standard production workshops of 60000 square meters, an office building of 3000 square meters, and an employee dormitory building of 3000 square meters have been constructed. The 60000-square-meter production workshop is equipped with a photovoltaic power generation system to ensure environmental protection and energy adequacy.
